Happiness is key to learning and growth. If a child is struggling in a particular area it can hold them back in so many ways. I offer 1:1 sessions which combine changing mindset and coaching techniques to find the happiness and confidence needed in order to reach potential.


These sessions help a child move from where they are now to where they would like to be, through challenging the child’s negative self beliefs. It can have a huge impact on pupils with issues around;

Powerful questioning techniques and activities are used in order to help children reframe their thoughts, raise self awareness and feel empowered to set and achieve goals. The benefits of which help to create an independent, happy and self motivated child.
