It equips children and adults with the positivity, confidence and resilience in order to take responsibility for their own wellbeing in terms of success and happiness. It really does have a ripple effect!

How is Growth Mindset Taught?

The aim is that Growth Mindset becomes a belief, a part of your everyday thinking. The understanding that your brain and talent alone do not result in success. These are the main areas of teaching;

  • To learn about the brain, how it can either help us to grow or limit our success and happiness in life

  • To recognise that focusing on the process, not outcomes is what fosters self-esteem and progress

  • To never be afraid of failure. Looking at how mistakes and failure help us to grow

  • To recognise that our own inner voice has the power to make or break us
